Our marquee, flagship venue is located in downtown New York City, in the heart of Soho. Easily accessible from major subway lines, our 2500+ square foot loft space is multi-room, fully furnished, large and spacious. Open House Lofts New York started out as a unique, non-traditional venue for focus groups and other market research projects, and now also plays host to creative corporate meetings, team building workshops and ideation and brainstorming sessions for leading global brands like Apple, Nike, Louis Vuitton and American Express. The New York space also serves as a shooting location for commercials and other film/video productions, as well as the occasional fashion or art show.
